The purpose of our Employee Paperwork Assurance project is to help Snag Recruiting customers better identify and track paperwork. This project includes several features and a lot of your top requests/feedback, including:

Employee Signature Email Alerts

When a manager clicks Re-sign paperwork or Request signature for an employee, an email will now be sent to the employee requesting they complete the action. Managers could do both these things before, but the employee was not notified via email.

Additional Job/Location-Specific Paperwork

  • When an employee is assigned a new position or location, Snag Recruiting will now look for any paperwork associated to the position/location that the employee has not signed.
  • If we find any, we’ll automatically create an action step to sign it and email the employee.

Returning “On Leave” Employees

  • When an employee is changed from an On Leave status to a Current employment status, Snag Recruiting will now look for any paperwork associated to the position/location that the employee has not signed.
  • If we find any, we’ll automatically create an action step to sign it and email the employee.

Bulk Re-Sign

A new “bulk resign paperwork” feature allowing managers to request re-signature in bulk. While this is currently available with fillable forms in Snag Recruiting, it is not available for forms that just require a signature.

 

When to expect new Employee Paperwork updates
