At Snagajob, we know that there are many hourly-paid workers are trying to make ends meet while trying to break into the music industry. Each year, Snagajob teams up with a famous musician to give those workers a shot at playing their music for thousands. We’ve had a landscaper, makeup artists and a police officer take time off and be the opening act for a major musician.

This year, we’ve teamed up with CMA New Artist of the Year, Brett Eldredge to give someone a chance at living out their dream. Is the next undiscovered star working for you?

To enter the Hourly Gig contest, entrants must submit a video of an original song performance at before the entry period closes on June 26. Entries will be evaluated on creativity, talent and entertainment value by a team of expert judges. Entries will be narrowed down to five finalists by the judges, with the eventual winner determined by a popular vote.

So if you have any employees who are songbirds while they work the register or leave their shifts to run to their next gigs, The Hourly Gig could be the chance of a lifetime. Share the contest details  in your break room or  with anyone who might have questions.
