More than half of hourly employees expect to stay at their current job for less than three years. What can you do to make them stay?

We spoke with more than 1,000 hourly employees to learn more about who they are, what drives them and what they need to stay motivated. What we found is that it is certainly a job seeker’s, not employer’s, market. More than half of respondents want full-time or almost full-time work and nearly ninety percent of are open to working multiple jobs to get enough hours.
